At GenZ Shades™, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer cash or payment refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final in terms of monetary refund.

However, we fully stand behind the quality of our products and offer a replacement for valid reasons as described below.


2. Replacement Policy

We offer a one-time replacement for eligible orders within 4 days of confirmed delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Replacement:

  • Size mismatch — You received a size different from what you ordered.
  • Wrong item sent — You received a product different from your order.
  • Manufacturing defect — Visible stitching defects, print issues, or damage caused before delivery.

Non-Eligible Reasons (Replacement NOT applicable):

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences.
  • Damage caused after delivery (mishandling, improper washing, etc.).
  • Requests made after the 4-day replacement window.

3. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement, contact us within 4 days of delivery:

Please include:

  1. Your order ID
  2. A clear photograph/video of the issue
  3. Your reason for requesting replacement

Our team will respond within a few hours on business days.


4. Replacement Process

Once your request is received and reviewed:

  1. Our team will verify the issue based on the images/video provided.
  2. If approved, you will be asked to return the item in its original, unused condition with original packaging (if available).
  3. Once we receive and verify the returned product is in the same condition as dispatched, we will dispatch the replacement item.
  4. Replacement shipping is handled by GenZ Shades™ at no additional cost to you.

5. Our Quality Promise

Every order at GenZ Shades™ is manually inspected by our team before packing. We verify:

  • Correct product, size, and design.
  • Quality of stitching, print, and fabric.
  • Proper packaging for safe delivery.

This means every parcel that leaves our facility has already been checked and approved. We take pride in delivering quality you can trust.


6. Important Notes

  • Replacement requests made after 4 days of delivery will not be entertained.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability. In rare cases where the exact item is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
  • We reserve the right to reject replacement requests that do not meet the above criteria.
