3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
We accept UPI, net banking, cards, and other available gateways.
In the event of a payment failure, money will be refunded to the source account within 5-7 business days by the payment gateway. GenZ Shades™ is not responsible for gateway delays.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days after verification.
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping partner.
