Account & Order Registration
When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide valid contact details (full name, shipping address, mobile number, and email). You remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access credentials.
Pricing & Order Acceptance
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing typographical errors, inventory stock adjustments, or suspected automated fraud.
Print-on-Demand & Intellectual Property Policy
On-Demand Custom Fulfillment Disclaimer: GenZ Shades™ operates primarily as an on-demand custom printing platform. Garment graphics are either original in-house illustrations or are printed strictly pursuant to individual customer requests for personal, non-commercial expression.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright or trademark owner and believe that any artwork listed on our catalog infringes upon your registered rights, please submit a notice to care@genzshades.com with proof of ownership for immediate review and prompt resolution.
Payments & Logistics
Online transactions are securely processed via RBI-authorized payment gateways (Razorpay & Cashfree). Logistics are handled by Shiprocket network. Delivery timelines (typically 3–7 business days) are guidelines based on regional logistics operations.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
